I tried Mos to see if I could maximize my Financial Aid. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me as student who have exhausted my federal funding in my stage. But for the ultimate experience, new and young students should definitely give it a whirl.

Although it took Mos awhile to send me my aid package, I am pleased with this service. But I wish that the Mos advisors would give a heads up or weekly update, so I could be well-informed on my next step or steps I missed. Thank you

Mos is an excellent source to help with FASA and grants the your child qualify for.

My experience was a positive one and wish my college gave me more financial aid, but at least I got to experience this wonderful service.

The Mos Team are fast and very helpful. It was convenient only having to fill out one application. The emails from Mos kept me updated on my next steps. Unfortunately, I didn't receive extra funds this year, but that is because I waited so long to use Mos.

My Representative was attentive, polite and professional. They did a good job of responding to my (many) questions; he/she alone gets 5 stars. The reason for my 4 stars, is I had waaay too many questions, which means something isn't quite clear in the process. I'd like to recommend some sort of online account checklist/ barometer so when students log in, they can see exactly where they are in the process, rather than relying solely on email updates. Mos is definitely a good idea and has clearly worked for some. I think If I were told on the frontend some of the reasons I may not qualify for aid, it would have set expectations a bit better so I didn't have to keep reaching out, fearful I was missing something and asking questions. My rating was NOT because I didn't qualify for aid; this is covered by their money-back guarantee. More so for the administrative piece (see my suggestions above) All in all, I'm not sorry I gave the service a try and would recommend it to undergrads specifically.

Tried to charge me for the full amount as if I had received help. Caught it while it was still pending and emailed them immediately. They were even more rapid at responding and just asked me to send verification that I didn't receive help from them. I did and before the charge even hit my account it was already refunded that same hour or two. I was late to get their help because I didn't know about them till it was late so I wasn't able to receive financial help. However, they moved quick, stayed true to their refund policy, and gave me zero problems.

Even though I completed my finical aid, I didn't start until March. With Mos, I didn't have to worry about my financial aid. Just like in their videos, Mos was able to help me with the entire process and they also research for more grants/loans that usually get left out when applying for the financial aid, itself.
