MortyReviews of morty.com

Morty was quick and easy with guidance every step of the way. I got the best rate at the lowest price. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to friends and family

The offering that Morty has is outstanding! The ability to lock a rate for 0 dollars, 180 days in advance, and unlimited float downs is not available anywhere else, in know because I looked. This was key to our family getting a great rate quickly in a rising rate environment. Of the individuals I spoke with everyone was great, but one individual stood out and that was Jack. He was fantastic! Once he got involved in the process everything went very smooth and his responsiveness was key. As you move through the process, just ensure to loop in all members of your Morty team and things will get done quickly.

Jack did a great job as the closing agent for my loan. He handled some potential difficult situations professionally and with confidence. I felt in good hands and would highly recommend him.

If you don’t mind doing everything through emails and uploads then this is the way to go. All the Morty staff that worked on my mortgage were very good at communicating and getting back with me with what I needed and when I needed to submit it. Jack was a great closing lead and when things got hairy because the lender decided to do an escrow holdback at the last minute then his emails changed to texts and phone calls which I appreciated. I would use them again but hopefully never have to buy another home again!

My closing lead Jack was very helpful in getting me to close on time! Both he and my mortgage advisor Phillip were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Customer service was great!

Going through Morty resulted in a lower interest rate and lower out of pocket costs at closing. Phillip Estevez, the mortgage advisor, was great in answering all the loan questions and helping navigate through entire process. Jack Edelman, the closer for the loan, did a fantastic job with support and overcoming many builder challenges. Even with the builder finishing the house early and moving up closing by 2 weeks, Jack was able to deliver on time! I would definitely use morty again!

Nice people, fast response, convenient online service

I appreciate the patience Morty has in the time it takes me to view my home choices that span several states. On a scale of 1 to 5, five being excellent, I rate them a 5.
