I must admit that my concerns were allayed from start to finish by the excellent service and attention provided by the Morty team (especially Derek and Jack) which guided and assisted me through the whole process. Their professionalism, friendliness, patience, and encouragement made my new home possible. Thank you, Morty!

This is the second time working with Jack and the whole Morty team. It was great! From the initial offer to the closing day, the Morty team was with me every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable, communicative and reached out if I had any questions. The process was seamless. I would work together with them again in a heartbeat. Third time’s the charm? ;)

Michael, the loan officer, was a pleasure to work with! He was communicative during the entire process. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. Tim, the closing associate, was also communicative. He made the official closing a positive experience when we needed to meet the closing date. Buying a house is a big decision and the process isn't linear so, we are thankful that Michael and Tim were there to support us through closing! Thank you so, so much!

My experience with Morty on every level was spectacular! I spoke with close to 10 mortgage companies and brokers and not only did Morty get us the best rates, but their customer service is stellar. Phillip and Noah guided us through the process and were there every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and attentive. Their response time to answer questions was always fast. On several occasions we needed advice and they were spot on! The whole application process was also very easy and straight forward. They Morty dashboard is great and keeps things organized as you know exactly where you are during the entire escrow, including whenever you need to upload documents or answer questions. I was even able to get new rate lock during escrow which was .75% better! Thanks Morty and thank you Phillip and Noah for helping make our first home purchase an enjoyable one! I would use Morty again, without question!

Easiest, fastest, most friendly mortgage process ever! My broker, Diego and my closer, Keegan were by my side the whole time, always available to address any issues and move the process along smoothly, ahead of schedule and headache-free. This is what getting a mortgage *should* be. Thank you, guys!
