Only opportunity area would be the excessive employment verification process. I submitted the required documents. I was put through the ringer the day before closing because they wanted to verify my employment status via my manager. The Trillion dollar company I work for has policies, and one of them is that employment verification is done through HR. You need to be flexible. All investments have a level of risk. You'll never be 100% certain on an investment. I could've lost my job the day of closing! No need to ruin my entire day trying to give your investors peace of mind. There is no peace of mind. If you want a risk free investment, buy treasuries. That aside, Sarah was great to work with.

I was very timid about purchasing a home. Ryan Esser not only made the experience comfortable, but he went the extra mile every step of the way.
