We were pleased to finalize our refi. Even during the covid19 restrictions, the loan officers were prompt and helpful.

We contacted Chris Nein at Mortgage America, as recommended to us by a few different friends. We are so glad we did! He was super patient, answered all of our crazy questions, and did everything he could to assist through the process. It seems that COVID changed some procedures, and due to everyone working from home, we ended up pretty frustrated with the underwriter. We would just receive emails with tasks to complete, but no phone call or further explanation. In the end, it all worked out and we were approved! Definitely recommend!

All communications with the staff at Mortgage Amercia were promptly replied to and really helped to ensure I got a home I could afford and not just qualify for.
