Having never purchased a home before I was apprehensive setting forth on this process alone. I had nothing to worry about, Bob Martz was there to offer his guidance every step of the way. If I had a question about the process and emailed Mr. Martz in the evening or over the weekend, I received a response within minutes, even though I started the email with "When you are in the office". Finding this level of customer service is truly a rarity and combining it with the great interest rate I received from Mortgage American made this a win/win situation and overall great experience.

Chris Nein and His team did a great job. The only thing that was disappointment was Our Realtor could not be with Us at settlement but the Seller's was. We got through it no problem but was odd. We figured covid.
