My husband and I were referred to David Clemens by our Realtor Lacey Pennypacker since they work together often. Lacey spoke very highly of him saying that he was a great guy, he is super quick and he knows his stuff - and she was right! David was great. He was quick to send us estimates so that we could know how much our monthly payments would be if we decided to put an offer down on the houses we were looking at. When we finally found a house, he was quick to help us get through all the paperwork without any hiccups. One of the key things that I look at when working with someone is that they are very responsive and are able to answer questions in a timely manor and David is probably one of the quickest professionals that I have ever worked with. He also follows up with his clients, which adds a personal touch and I really appreciate that. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home and needs a mortgage! We will be reaching out to him if we ever need to refinance or if we ever purchase another home. Thanks David!!

As a first time homebuyer, Ryan Esser made the entire process seamless. He kept in communication almost on a daily basis and provided guidance (logical and easy to comprehend) every step of the way to the end. The overall experience was a delightful one.

Really enjoyed my experience with David Clemens. He was professional and helped me navigate my first home buying experience. I would love to use him again if I purchase in the future.

I purchased my home about two years ago it was my first experience. I shopped around before but didn’t like what was offered. But with David at mortgage America it was easy everything went quick and smooth. He was honest and helped every step of the way. And there wasn’t any hidden fees or anything. I highly suggest him to everyone looking for a loan.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time home buyer. David helped us out all throughout the process whenever we had questions. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

David made the buying process very easy for my wife and I. Got everything together for us in a timely manner and walked me through every step of the way. He’s the best in the business!

David Clemens was very personable and helpful throughout our transactions. Every detail of the process was explained well ensuring I fully understood the building blocks of preparing to buy a home. Great work!

We've now purchased two houses with David's help at Mortgage America in the past 5 years and would confidently recommend him to friends and family. Very responsive, and does a great job at breaking down the complicated home buying process into layman's terms in a way that's easy to trust and comprehend. Thanks David and team!
