Some auto emails dont apply to…
Some auto emails dont apply to refinancing only new mortgages. It would be nice if they weren't sent. Makes it a little confusing at times. But overall was a good experience.

The loan officer was outstanding but the communication with the loan processor was at times less than satisfactory, not bad but could have been better.
