Excellent service, low rates and good technology tools for submitting documents. Jason Breidinger walked us through the entire application, answered our questions, and when the rates dropped before our closing, made sure we had a more competitive rate. My only suggestion would be to have earlier communication about the first mortgage payment. It’s reassuring to know as soon as possible what needs to be done (the when, what, where, and how).
