Excellent service

We had a wonderful experience with Mortgage America. I highly recommend using them!

Was referred to Kyle Sutera by our realtor after our refi was denied by our (then) current lender. Mortgage America came to our rescue and saw no reason why we were denied, and Kyle met with us and went over the entire process in simple terms so we understood everything that was going on (our other lender did not). We were set to close on 3/23/2020, then the state was locked down on 3/20/2020, and we had to put the refi on hold. Not only did Kyle stay in touch during the lockdown, he kept us apprised of the current rates, and anything additional we had to do/provide once we were out of lockdown. He even called to see how we were holding up outside of the refi, since I was laid off and my other half was still working - that's customer service at it's best! We finally had our closing in mid-July, and it couldn't have gone better!

Started out with Taylor Fitch getting us setup with our loan. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a million questions and he was always willing to speak on the phone at any point. Overall the experience was great. Sadly during these times (covid) everything seems and feels a little off with everything being either online or over the phone, But the entire Mortgage America team did great in getting us into our home as fast as possible. Thanks again.
