From the beginning of my contact with Mortgage America through to the end, the experience was top notch. Quick responses, courteous service, succinct answers and follow up. Never was there a prolong delay on the part of Mortgage America, if anything there were delays on my side by responses from my own lawyers and staff that delayed the setting of a date for closing. I have gone on to recommend Mortgage America to a couple of my friends and associates who were looking to settle on a home this past winter. Friendly, courteous service, expedient responses, and even a personal Holiday greeting card after the process was complete. I could find no fault with Mortgage America nor with anyone that I was placed in contact with through their company. An A+ experience.
