Chris Scheetz provided EXCEPTIONAL service throughout the entire process of our first home purchase. He was extremely patient and informative with all the questions we had and never pressured us into something we were not comfortable with. He was extremely professional, honest, trustworthy, and always had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend Chris and we look forward to working with him again!

Mortage America was able to obtain a very favorable interest rate for purchase of property in NJ. Jason and his team provided timely updates on each phase of the mortgage process. I was able to contact someone from his team with any questions at anytime. I would definitely use their services again.

Mortgage America was so extremely helpful during my first home buying process. Ang and Emily were there every step of the way to answer any question I had. They were very responsive and professional. I am happy I was able to be in partnership with Mortgage America.

Angela Colloi was great to work with! I was really happy with the rate I got, and with her friendliness and quick responsiveness.

Great experience from beginning to end! We always knew what to expect for next steps, what we were responsible for, and what was happening on the back end. Everyone we worked with was friendly, prompt, and communicative.

Excellent service! They walk you through the process step by step and during Covid lockdown everything was online which made things even more easy

Our real estate agent and family members all recommended Jim Shields at Mortgage America to me and my husband. Jim was immediately available any time we had a question or concern. He made the whole process of acquiring a mortgage and buying our first home as easy as possible! The service he provided to my husband and I both went above and beyond. We would happily recommend Jim Shields and Mortgage America to anyone!
