We need a rapid turnaround. Mortgage America staff responded to our inquiry while on vacation and returned to assist us complete our application. We were quickly approved and got a good rate. Overall very pleased. As happens some delays in getting the final processing with some prompts required but very responsive.

David was wonderful and very informative. Worked fast and got us the best rate. We would definitely choose Mortgage America again.

Jeff was exceptional in processing our mortgage and explaining our options. We took advantage of the recasting option which went very well also. We even did a refinance all in less than 9 month. Everything went well. My only complaint and it's big for me is, after the refinance our mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo. I really don't want to deal with WF. There was no hint or discussion with us about having our mortgage sold to WF or to anyone. It's done and over and I can only trust we will not have issues with WF. We were lead to believe Mortgage America would keep our mortgage.

Getting a mortgage through Mortgage American was a relatively smooth and easy process. A couple of times they asked me to provide documents/information that I had already sent at some point, but things happen. They even worked to get us a better deal by recommending a loan program with a lower interest rate.

Kyle Sutera was responsive, knowledgeable and flexible. He helped us buy our home in possibly the most challenging market during covid 19 pandemic. Would recommend Kyle to anyone. He made us comfortable and he explained every step thoroughly.
