Took a little while but ended up great!

the process was a little challenging every step on the way, we did know the the final amount for closing fee till the the last hour. But we are happy that we finally did it and we are enjoying our new home thanks to you guys for making our dream come true.

Jeff Sowers and the whole team were great throughout the process. They work well with our realtor. The title company was excellent as well. The only thing I would like to see done better for the next person, is to clearly point out the delinquent debts on the credit reports provided by you, and emphasize the need to pay them down or off, very early on in the process. It was pointed out a little late, but we were determined to not let it stop us, and luckily had the ability to catch up fast, or we would have had to delay closing or lose it altogether. Thank you for helping us achieve our dream.

This is the first mortgage processing company I have ever had that I actually needed to send my tax bills to. And I have had a few different services like Wells Fargo and US Bank. They always took care of my taxes automatically.

Overall, we had a very good experience! I think with all of the new covid procedures in place there was a little confusion about what information was being sent back and forth. It was a little frustrating at times, but we were able to work through it and close our refinance on time.

I almost gave 5 stars Bc really everyone was great, and the whole process was fairly easy over all. I did feel things were a little un organized towards the end so that’s why I am giving 4. In the end everything worked out and I will still recommend Mortgage America to others! Thank you !!

Mortgage America provided great service for another loan of ours. The only issue was that the acceptance information was sent to the property (which was a rental being renovated) and not to our home address. Our loan officer, Ryan Esser provides excellent service and follow-up. Our overall experience was good and we will use Mortgage America again in the future.

I was very pleased with everything. always helped and very professional.
