Hi Lee- I'm sorry to hear the incorrect part was shipped to you and it has taken longer than expected to receive a resolution. Since some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer, we must work with them when an incorrect item is shipped. I know you're anxious to get the right part and we do sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused. If you can please send me an email to [email protected], I'm happy to provide an update for you.

Hi Joshua- I'm sorry to hear your order experienced a delay and your cancellation request was unsuccessful. I know unexpected delays are frustrating and we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If a customer of ours decides to cancel their order and it has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. However, we must first submit that cancellation request to fulfillment to confirm the shipment hasn't already been sent. This can take up to 1-2 business days and in your case since the request was submitted on a Friday, it went to shipment before your request could be completed. I was able to review your order and see that return shipping fee did get waived for you. If I can provide any additional assistance, please let me know.

Hi David- I'm sorry to hear your order experienced a delay. We realize how frustrating it is to be waiting on an item and I apologize again for any inconvenience. We are always doing our best to get orders filled as quickly as possible, however, since some items are shipped directly from their respective manufacturer, production and shipping times can fluctuate and are dictated by the vendor and their suppliers. When an order experiences a delay, we send direct notice via email with the new shipment date to ensure customers are kept informed. We are sorry to hear you didn't receive any order updates. On occasion, these emails can be filtered to the promotion’s inbox. If you can please send me an email with your order number to [email protected], I'm happy to provide the status of your order.

Hi David- I apologize your full order hasn't shipped out yet and you haven't been given a status update. We realize that delays are extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially when they are unexpected. I was able to review your order and see they come from two separate manufacturer's which is why they weren't all shipped together. The remaining items are expected to ship out by the end of the week. We are always doing our best to get orders filled as quickly as possible, however, since some items are shipped directly from their respective manufacturer, production and shipping times can fluctuate and are dictated by the vendor and their suppliers. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied and I'm sorry this was not your experience. If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything additional, please send me an email with your order number at [email protected] I'm happy to help!

Hi Curtis! I'm sorry to hear the return process hasn't gone smoothly and you haven't received the expected refund yet. All standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping (in the event we provide the label (s)). If the return contains multiple items, where several return labels are issued, refunds will be issued for each item as the corresponding return label shows the item has been received by FedEx. If you could please reach out to me directly with your order number at onlinesupport @ morris4x4center.com I'm happy to look into the specifics of your return.

Hello- I sincerely apologize that the part you received was not the right one for your vehicle. Unfortunately if the confirmation email showed a 2011, that means you must have accidentally selected that during check out. That being said, if your ordered a replacement, we can waive the return fees. Also, please note the restocking fee is only 20%, and if you choose to use our return label, there will be an additional fee for that. You are always welcome to you use your own label for that, though. If you need assistance with your exchange or further clarification, please contact me at onlinesupport @ morris4x4center.com with your order number.
