Terrible platform, trying to operate a monopoly.
My experience with MorphMarket was extremely disappointing. I had built up approximately 150 sales and around $25,000 in sales through the platform, only to have my account hit with a 60-day ban. What bothered me most was not simply the enforcement action, but how the situation was handled and the lack of a satisfactory way to resolve the dispute. They claimed I was the "most reported seller" but wouldnt show me the reports, basically fighting ghosts. For a marketplace that many animal breeders and businesses rely on, I expected a much more transparent and consistent process. After investing substantial time into building a customer base and sales history on the platform, losing access can have a serious business impact. After all, we bought thousands of dollars in animals from this place along with sold and every time we bought animals from auctions they either had mites, IBD, Crypto, or in one situation someone sent us an egg bound snake. Terrible platform that consistently is sliding downhill, avoid. I would strongly recommend that sellers understand exactly how MorphMarket handles account enforcement and disputes before making the platform a major part of their business. They will ban you for no reason at all even after investing thousands of hours and dollars. Very bad moderation/ownership.
