No customer service and product super difficulty for return and refund. Fraud company. Don't buy the product from this company.

Esperienza pessima. Fatto un ordine sul sito ufficiale. Pacco non recapitato da GLS per nominativo inesistente. Ordine a mio nome , stesso nome sul campanello, notifica di pronta consegna ricevuta ma mai effettuata. Sentita via mail Mariccanoil , zero assistenza. Mai risposto alla mie mail. Devo andare in sede Gls a ritirare il pacco a 15 km da casa . Mai più ordini con loro.

No response from customer services despite attempts to reach out both via email and their online form on their website. Disappointing.

My hair has recently gone from super thick and healthy, to breaking, hair loss and just super dry and dull. I started using more and more Moroccan treatment light as part of my hair care routine. However I now strongly believe that the reason my hair has gone from amazing to a total dry haystack, is caused by this stupid product that covers the actual ingredients names. If I wanted silicone, I would buy that!! Not OIL!!!! I just purchased one more big sized Moroccan oil treatment light. I got curious, why is it so soft and easily absorbed compared to other hair oils I’ve used. It’s because it’s mainly silicone based. Such a rip off. They don’t mention this anywhere. Also they don’t mentions how much oil is actually in the product, even though it’s highlighted under the product description on their own webpage. It’s covered under the name of CYCLOMETHICONE. Which is a silicone based compound. If used too much, it will eventually dry out and damage the hair. Now I understand how my hair has been totally destroyed by this awful product. I will never ever buy any Moroccan oil product again!!!

Pedido #77176 Estoy esperando mas que 8 dias para mi pedido. El tracking dice por las ultimas 7 es estucado en transito. Ha mandado 5 mensajes de correo sin repuesta. La cuenta por este pedido este mas que 100 euros que yo ha pagado. Puedes dicerme cuando voy a recibelo ? Y si es perdido devuelveme el dinero. Informacion por otras.... no utilises este compania. No repuesta a nadie

Horrible experience with this company. The customer service is absolutely awful! Melissa was extremely rude, unhelpful and anyone with this kind of attitude should not be working in customer service. Not only was my order delivered to the wrong address but when I finally received it the package was opened and product used. The product was also very drying and not moisturizing at all. I highly do not recommend this company.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. My purple shampoo arrived split open and had leaked in the box and then leaked all over me and my carpet. No-one has replied to two emails sent (the first one 5 days ago), continually offline on live chat, and Instagram message hasn’t been read two days later. I’ve emailed the CEO who also hasn’t replied!!!!!
