Bad products.

£100 for a bottle and it’s a Con ! It fades so Quickly and doesn’t last more than an hour ‘

It’s a shame that such bad customer service can tarnish a reputation. I love these products specifically the shampoo/conditioner. I have been trying to initiate a return and have sent emails and made telephone calls. There is no way to leave a message. I will need to dispute this with my credit card company if they do not reach out by this week.

Love moroccanoil products normally and will continue to use. But there new perfume is an absolute ripoff my husband brought me some for my birthday and I’m so disappointed. The fragrance doesn’t last more than a couple of hours. I commented on a Facebook post stating my issues and my post was deleted. Don’t be fooled by all the great reviews on Facebook!!!!!

Ho comprato 6 prodotti di questa marca e quando mai l'ha fatto. Solo l'olio va bene. Non fanno nulla di quello che dicono: volume, morbidezza... La schiuma non fa volume e la spazzola rimane aggrovigliata nei capelli che per tirarla fuori me li strappa. Anche i liquidi per idratare, dare volume e rendere belle le punte non servono a nulla.... come non metterle e per tutti questi prodotti ho speso piu di 100 €. MaI Più!!

Me han salido hongos en la zona afectada, crema que no pasa la calidad, no lo recomiendo es una estafa.

Mi dispiace ma mi sono trovata poco bene , ci sono alternative migliori e poco chimiche e molto ma molto più economiche.
