Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The product has a very fragile part that breaks easily. The part doesn't replace itself; you have to replace the whole thing because they don't sell replacement parts separately. They honored my warranty and made me spend a lot of money because I had to provide evidence by destroying the old items. I tried to pay them to keep the old item, but they wouldn't budge. UPDATE In response to Morimoto Lighting's comment, what they told me is completely false. I'll post a copy of the email I received from them. My mechanic charges for every single thing he does, and I still have to pay. It would have been so easy to give me a shipping label; I would have sent the old ones to them, and the problem would have been solved. Email from Morimoto: Hi there, I wanted to inform you that your warranty claim has been placed, as well as your replacement order. You should've received an order confirmation email. Once you receive your replacement order, please respond here with the field destroy images for deposit refund. This involves providing photos of the following: The connector cut on the back of each light A hole drilled into the lens of each light The serial number on each light In the meantime, please reach out if you need any further assistance, and have a wonderful rest of your day!

We apologize for falling short with the fragile part and warranty process. With assembly replacements, we will need the defective item for QC reasons. That is why we do not want it destroyed. If you have any questions, please contact us through email or call us for direct assistance.
