I reached out to Morgan Therapy LLC for therapy services and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a mental health provider. From the start, scheduling was unreliable and they were not on time. When I finally met with Lynn who also goes by Morgan (introduced herself as just an intake person, which already confused me since I believed the intake had already been completed), the session took a shocking turn immediately. The very first thing she asked was where I was from. When I answered, she replied something along the lines of “Oh, I hear it’s dangerous there.” As someone seeking compassionate care, hearing a supposed mental health professional make a fear-mongering comment like that in the first moments of contact was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. It left me feeling judged and unsafe rather than supported. I was so taken aback that I ended the call. I expected better from a company that presents itself as providing caring, therapeutic services. This experience was bizarre, invalidating, and made me question their entire approach to client care. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for therapy.

Lynn was fantastic. She was super helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend her.

Morgan is an excellent therapist. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. EMDR therapy has really been instrumental in helping me move on from various challenges I've faced in my life. I would very highly recommend her without reservation.

I admit it may sound a bit cliché, but Morgan has truly changed my life. Through active listening and gentle guidance I was able to finally quit abusing alcohol by addressing my self worth issues at the root of this behavior.
