Mor is the only place we will furniture shop!
Hands down, the BEST furniture buying experience I've ever had, and it's all thanks to Lorenzo! We first visited Mor Furniture a couple of weeks ago and had the absolute pleasure of working with Lorenzo. Let me just say, Mor is incredibly lucky to have someone like him on their team! He is truly a gem. From the moment we walked in, Lorenzo was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered every question we had and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We ended up purchasing a beautiful couch that day but were still deciding on a dining set. He helped arrange our delivery and gave us his contact information in case we needed anything else. Fast forward to this past week. We're in the middle of moving, and I reached out to Lorenzo about an outside promotion on the dining set we had been considering. Not only was he able to match the promotion, but when I asked whether we needed to come back into the store to complete the purchase, he happily offered to help us over the phone. For context, I'm a wheelchair user living with debilitating chronic illnesses, so getting out to stores can sometimes be incredibly challenging, especially in the middle of a move. Lorenzo made the entire process so easy and seamless. He walked me through all our options, helped me coordinate the colors of our furniture, responded quickly to every question, and thoroughly explained everything on our invoice. He even confirmed that our new furniture would be delivered and assembled, and helped us combine our purchases so we could take advantage of 48-month interest free financing! The level of customer service Lorenzo provided is something I've genuinely never experienced at a furniture store before. Furniture shopping has historically been something we dread. At other stores, we've dealt with salespeople who made us feel pressured, rushed, or like we couldn't browse without someone hovering over us. Lorenzo was the complete opposite. He gave us the space to explore and make decisions at our own pace while checking in periodically to see if we had questions. It was the perfect balance of being attentive without being pushy. We never once felt pressured to buy anything. And the experience didn't end once he made the sale. His willingness to continue helping us, answer questions, coordinate everything, and make our second purchase possible without another trip to the store really speaks to the kind of person and salesperson he is. I also want to mention that the store itself is extremely wheelchair accessible, which I genuinely appreciate. But having the flexibility to receive that same personal, attentive service from the comfort of my home was invaluable. Lorenzo never made me feel like accommodating my needs was an inconvenience. He simply made it happen, and did so with kindness and professionalism. Beyond Lorenzo's exceptional service, Mor offers price matching, although their prices are already incredibly competitive! What really sets Lorenzo apart, though, is his sincerity. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about the people he's helping. He's not just trying to sell furniture. He's helping people create homes they love, and that makes all the difference. Needless to say, Mor Furniture has earned our business for life, and we'll be requesting Lorenzo every single time! Lorenzo, thank you SO much for everything. You've made what could have been an overwhelming part of our move into such a wonderful experience. I'm beyond excited to see our new living room and dining room come together, and I'm so grateful you helped make it happen. Mor Furniture, please recognize this man! Employees like Lorenzo are the reason customers become customers for life.
