Mor Furniture for Less
Mor Furniture for Less, Rancho Cucamonga — protection plan and warranty both said no In November 2025 we bought several Lantana pieces at the Rancho Cucamonga store: brown sectional, sofas, and recliner, plus a gray loveseat and recliner. We also paid $449.99 for the Safe protection plan so we would not have to argue over a defect later. The furniture has been under cloth covers the whole time. We uncovered it only about six times, when we had guests. A few weeks ago the wireless charger on the arm of one chair started peeling off. I filed a claim with the protection plan. They said it was still under the manufacturer warranty and told me to contact Mor. At the store, salesman Kevin agreed it looked like a manufacturing issue and gave me customer service. He was the helpful part of this. On September 29, 2026, I called. Customer service told me to go back to the protection plan. I explained that the plan had already sent me to them. I texted a photo. She called it wear and tear, said she would check with a manager, and came back with the same answer. When I said I would write reviews, she said “Okay.” Under a year old. Almost always covered. A charger ring lifting off the arm. A paid plan that pointed us to the manufacturer, and a manufacturer that called it wear and tear. That was our experience.
