Grade: A Location: Richland, WA We worked with Ashley. She was most helpful and we felt no-pressure to buy. What an asset to have as an employee! We purchased a bedroom set, kitchen set, and dining room set from her. All were delivered within a very reasonable amount of time and her communication skills are top-notch. She kept us fully informed by text message. Next time we buy furniture, we'll be buying from Ashley. She made us feel like valued customers! The furniture we received was well-made, sturdy, and we are delighted with the quality. White glove delivery, assembly, and placement were included and all of the delivery staff was polite and so nice!
