Ordered two shirts for $35 each, hoping to return one. The package took 3 months. The two shirts they included were not the ones I ordered. They offered me $15 to keep the two (wrong) shirts I had ordered for a wedding that took place months ago. I now have to find a way to send the package back to Shenzhen City, GUANGDONG Province, China for a (potential) refund.

Fraud and scam artists. Charged me 75 for 3 shirts.... After 3 months and multiple.complaimts they finally sent me something, but not one shirt was remotely close to what they stole my money for. Beware and don't trust them

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 jackets on 9/25/23. They never arrived.

Ordered a jacket on 9/28/2023. Today is 11/20 and hasn't arrived. It came from Italy according to the shipping updates, which for a month were provided every few days. Once it arrived in Jefferson City, MO on 10/26 all updates stopped. Contacted MoreVividLife and they did respond promptly, saying "be patient". After a few more weeks I asked for a refund as it was unlikely this item would ever get here. I was politely told "no" but I could start a return when I did receive it! Then I read returns are accepted if they are notified within 30 days of ordering the product. Yeah, looks like I'm out of luck here.

The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture. The quality is "dollar store" level. This company is a scam. Don't fall for it!

My order finally came after 6 weeks and it is supposed to be a stylish-rain jacket. It looked more like a light nylon topper with hood. It’s nothing like the picture that they posted. Medium sizing fits but the sleeve length is short . Morevividlife claimed that it’s made in USA but the shipping originated from Greece and it’s like a sweatshop article. No tag showing where it’s made from, what material it’s made, no wash/care like a standard quality product. There was no communication from the seller of estimated product arrival. Definitely a SCAM. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered this item. Very poor to non customer support.

I'm in Texas. The shirt ended up being pretty much what was advertised, but the product took 6 weeks to arrive. What's worse, I ordered my shirt on 9/2, received a tracking number that tracked a shipment from Italy (ooh, I thought - imported from Italy, how fancy!) and was delivered to Grand Rapids Michigan on 9/30. I heard nothing from the company. I contacted them via email and their ridiculous portal and was sent another tracking number. I watched in horror and annoyed amusement as a shipment from Shenzen China departed on 10/5 and eventually reached San Antonio Texas on 10/14. Six Weeks! Either their tracking system was way off base, or they sent a product to the wrong customer and then quickly tried to send me a cheap knock-off to make up for their mistake. Either way, for a $70 shirt the level of service and shipping timeline was absolutely unacceptable. MoreVividLife needs to be up front and clear in their ads on instagram and on their web page when you check out the duration of shipment may be up to 6 weeks if you choose the free shipping option, and give me the choice of paying for expedited shipping, if that is the solution. Otherwise, shut down your operations until you can tighte up your logistics timeline to an acceptable level of service. I understand 2-3 weeks for shipping. Hell, I would have forgiven them for a month delay had an email been sent apologizing for the issue, and a discount code been offered. But no. Nothing. Just a lame AI chat-bot that suggested I give my shirt to a loved one if I was not happy with it. (not exaggerating that's what it said). Automation is good, that kind of treatment of your customers is NOT. Shame on you! SHAME!!!!

Ordered the jacket on 9/8...received it 10/13. Does not fit, too small. The website said it was made in the USA, but was shipped from overseas. The jacket is a POS, not worth the $45 I paid. Complete disaster. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY from them.
