I began reading all the reviews when it took my shipment about 6 weeks to arrive. I reached out to them and they were very timely in getting tracking information and updates to me. My order finally arrived it was exactly what I ordered. I have no issue with them except that the time delay from order to receiving the actual items is long. But product quality is good. That's why I gave them a 4 stars and not 5.
