The item was exactly what I ordered. Couldn’t be better. Now I just have to weight to take my overweight sister in law for a ride to test drive the seatbelt extension. Great job. Thank you. GAB

Need to change shipping companies. Took 18 days to deliver from Georgia to Mississippi. Offered free gift with order and I didn't receive it. I'd doesn't really matter about that. I don't believe that I received the extender I ordered. I haven't been able to check original order to verify. It goes without saying I will never purchase anymore products from the company.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the package not meeting your expected delivery date. I see that you selected the free shipping service option, and based on tracking, it arrived within the promised 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. To somehow make your experience better, I refunded 15% of the cost of your order. I also sent you an email to help confirm if the extender you received is the most likely fit for your vehicle.

Of all the times if I've ordered from you all I have found that it is easy to maneuver everything that I need to do on your website quite simple to the point and you're done and I wish everything was like that but it's not and I just like your website is amazing
