You didn't have any of the products I wanted in stock and kept trying to offer me lesser products that did not meet my needs. I received no communications about my second choice of product until I actually emailed as to why I had not received it in 2 weeks. Then I was told you don't have that one either. But you sure had no problem charging my credit card even though you knew you didn't have what I ordered in stock.

Oh no! We're so sorry it hasn't arrived yet. Having checked the tracking it does look like it's on the way and will be there very soon. Because it was ordered over the holiday weekend, it couldn't ship until Tuesday January 2, so we're at 5 business days, and we think it will arrive within the 7-10 business day estimate (maybe even earlier). We'll be watching it and reach out if there are any issues so that we can get them fixed right away.

Need to change shipping companies. Took 18 days to deliver from Georgia to Mississippi. Offered free gift with order and I didn't receive it. I'd doesn't really matter about that. I don't believe that I received the extender I ordered. I haven't been able to check original order to verify. It goes without saying I will never purchase anymore products from the company.

the seat belt extender I wanted and had purchased before, was no longer available. The site said it was but you later notified me it was not after I had paid for it. I am very disappointed. You are the only ones who have this model.
