MopioReviews of mopio.com

Delivery experience was great. It came quick and right on time. We love the Retrovie bed. It exceeded expectations. It is quiet, looks great, is sturdy. We also got the retrovie dresser and end tables as well as under the bed drawers which we love. Everything looks great. The assembly process requires two people but was straightforward and took about 8 hours for all the pieces which we did in one day (8 pieces total). I would and have recommended this furniture to a friend.

The whole experience was fantastic! We got our replacement piece super quickly and Kartiga was so helpful getting us the part we needed in a timely manner! We love Blake dressers so much already!

Kartiga was wonderful to work with! Prompt with responses and replies and prompt with coming to a solution for my need of replacement parts! A wonderful company and specifically this team to work with and come to a resolution for completing our tall Blake cabinet!

Kartiga was very responsive and would reach out to check my status when the delay was on my side. They were very helpful with options to resolve the problem and I am satisfied with my experience and my Chloe couch I purchased from Mopio.

The product and customer service is by far the best I have ever used! I bought five dressers and they’re beautiful and amazing. We highly recommend Mopio! I will be ordering more!!! Liveniya Muthian Was great with all my questions and any problems I had.

This is a great value for the money. It really looks expensive and classy. The storage under each seat is such a gem. The color and fabric is chic. I had a defect in one of the pieces but the customer support team is quick and easily replaced my order. Yaashiine Helped me through the process so I can relax while I waited for my replacement. Would definitely buy other pieces of furniture from this company.

I purchased a black cabinet set, and although I ended up returning it due to conflicts with my home design, the return process was very easy, and my customer service representative Batrisha was very responsive and helpful! Thank you so much

I was VERY hesitant about buying a couch without first sitting in it, but the Qoosh looked like the perfect sofa -- plush and comfortable without taking too much unnecessary space. I spoke with their support team, and they helped explain the product and their return policy. Batrisha was super helpful! I decided to pull the trigger, and I'm so glad i did. The couch was so easy to put together, intelligently made, and most importantly INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE.
