MopioReviews of mopio.com

The whole shopping experience was wonderful. Delivery was impressively fast, and the sofa arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was very secure and carefully done, so every piece was in perfect condition upon arrival. Customer service was also outstanding — responsive, friendly, and professional, which made the entire process smooth and worry-free. As for the sofa itself, it truly exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent — very sturdy and stable, yet the weight is just right, making it solid without being difficult to move. The modular design is brilliant: each section can be rearranged freely to fit different layouts, and every module comes with hidden storage, which is practical and convenient. The fabric feels refined and premium, and the covers can be removed effortlessly for cleaning, which is a huge plus. The green color is simply beautiful and sophisticated — it instantly elevates the room with a high-end, elegant look. Overall, this sofa is the perfect combination of style, functionality, and premium quality. Highly recommended!

During my move to a new home, a few of the furniture legs broke. I reached out to the company, and they immediately sent me replacement legs without any hassle. The process was smooth and stress-free. I especially want to thank Batrisha & Vimala for their outstanding help and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved quickly. I’m very happy with both the furniture and the excellent customer service. Truly a company that cares about its customers!

I bought the Logan dining set and was surprised at its quality. My roommate and I enjoyed sitting on the chair very much, the height of table and chairs are well designed so it’s quite cosy. Could tell the great quality from the weight of the table. And the color is also elegant.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent support from Vimala and Batrisha. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed quickly and thoughtfully. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a big difference, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across a team that not only solves the issue but also makes the entire experience pleasant and memorable. I deeply appreciate their effort and commitment. This kind of service makes me want to continue being a loyal customer.

My experience has been super easy with Mopio and I love my furniture! I appreciate the proactive and clear communication I received regarding my order delivery. Shipping for the cabinets I chose was delayed and I received a voucher for a discount on my next purchase. The cabinets are now set up in my dining room and they are sturdy and look amazing!

I purchased bruno 4 seat modular couch, outdoor dining set, and the sophie sleeper chair. It came within the week of ordering, very quick. There were minor cosmetic issues with chair and couch, felt was nicked, pillows flat. Outdoor dining set had splits, they replaced entire table and refunded 5% of couch and chair out of goodwill. I ended up purchasing another module armless chair because it feels alot smaller then our old sectional. It fits ALOT in the seats and I like that you can wash every piece. Back is not tall on couch, the table and chair height for others I like. You can make up for it by kicking feet up. Overall very pleased with how prompt they took care of issues.

I love my new Sophie convertible chair! It’s comfortable and I was amazed of how easy it is to put together! The support team was diligent to answer my shipping questions and everything else went smoothly.
