My order was correct when it showed up and shipped quicker than I expected. I ordered the couch on a Friday and it showed up the following Wednesday. The couch was easy to set up. It'll take you 20-30 minutes to figure out the first piece, then the rest of them take 10-15 minutes each to put together. Give the cushions 1 - 2 days to fully rise after being vacuum packed. They're not the cushiest of cushions, but I'm happy with them overall.

We had an issue with the arm rest. I wrote an email and got a response quickly. They shipped out a replacement part right away. We love this sofa and it’s perfect color. It’s perfect for our office/man cave. The sofa has good lumbar support.

I just placed an order where the wrong address populated on the order. They were able to update it the following day. Just be advised that when you first reach out via chat they use a strict script and forward all issues to another department so you won’t get any immediate help. Quality of the furniture is great though.
