Counterfeit part. Mopar parts giant is selling counterfeit mopar parts in a bag with a mopar label. The part I received has no part number imprinted on the part. It looks similar to the oem crankshaft position sensor. No part number . I have 2 other crankshaft position sensors from other motors like the motor this sensor is for. The 2 sensors that I have can magnetically pick up a paper clip. The counterfeit sensor from mopar parts giant has zero no magnetic effect on a paper clip. They refuse to allow me to return the counterfeit part because they say the part was special order. I did not order a counterfeit part. Total rip off. $140.00. Also it took 3 weeks to receive the part that they claimed was in stock. I'm now finding these poor reviews everywhere for mopar parts giant. I'm sure my review will not be shown on the mopar parts giant website along side their bogus 5 star reviews

"Terrible service, I've been dealing with them for three months now and still haven't received my order. Not only that, they shipped my order and it "lost" suddenly. It's just a waste of time, it's better to order from other more responsible sites!"

They falsely claimed that the part would fit my car, but it didn't. Despite me returning it at my own expense, they refused to issue a refund. They had the box in their possession for seven business days without making any contact. When I reached out to inquire, they stated that the box was damaged and continued to deny my return request.

I had ordered a 17" wheel cover and lug nut. Received a 7x7x5" box early June with only a lug nut inside. Was informed to file an RMA which I did June 5. Sent them pictures of box and shipping label as they requested. For the next 10 days was told they are "investigating" during phone calls. This was going nowhere. After 30 days and no contact or resolution called credit card company to dispute charges. To this day 2 months later still have heard nothing from them and won my disputed charge with credit card Company. During phone calls one time I could hear a news station program in background and another a day care center with kids, obviously people working from home with no supervision. This company contracts out to dealerships and when a problem arises neither side seems to accept responsibility and they have no recourse or incentive to remedy leaving the customer stuck in the middle of their internal disputes.

I ordered a part I needed this week. I paid and they still haven't shipped 3 days later. Nothing but excuses. I found another who shipped same day as order. I know I'll have to wait a month for refund but I will NEVER order from Parts Giant again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I ordered a part that was described wrong on this website. Returning the part was a hassle and took over a month to receive my refund and I had to pay to ship the part back. When i contacted customer service to ask where my refund was, they said i hadn't received it because i didn't email them with the tracking number even though the RMA with the order number was printed and in the box with the part. I was also charged a restocking fee on a part that was clearly described incorrectly. Dealing with customer service is another hassle. When trying to return this part i needed to speak with a customer service rep. I sent a message through the "contact us" tab on the website and received an email trying to help me however you can not reply to the email they send you and have to return to the contact us section of their website to respond to them. After shipping and the restocking fee i wound up losing money for a part i returned. Order total $171 Restocking fee. $26 Return shipping. $70 Refund i received $106 I'm out $161 and i don't even have the part. I will never buy anything from this company again and will never recommend it to anyone.

So I ordered some Mopar OEM parking brake cable and other parts on their site. Took 6 months for delivery. I was unable to speak to someone about the order, I figured they ripped me off and I was meaning to do a charge back, but I procrastinated too long. Fortunately they did deliver the parts. Now I know they did not sit on the order, what is happening is that it is taking Mopar that long to fulfill orders to the dealerships. But communication would have been nice, I would have loved an ETA. I would have waited anyway as no one could get the parts any sooner at that time, but again, just let customers know the ETA is all. Even better, they should have the ETA on the website or at least show if part is in-stock or on backorder.
