You all should be ashamed for gouging customers to your liking.

I ordered parts for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this company. I ordered a rear sway bar, sway bar end links, and all the nuts and bolts associated with this job. MPG decided they did not want to ship me a couple of the nut and bolt items I ordered. I am unsure why they did this because they never communicated it to me. So, I found another source that could get the parts I ordered and get them to me quickly because I needed to get this job done, and I did not have weeks to communicate back and forth with MPG. I ended up using the sway bar, but everything else was useless to me now that I purchased the links and everything else from an honest company. Now, MPG wants me to pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee after they cannot fulfill my order. Needless to say, their policies are horrible, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and order from elsewhere.

Before ordering parts, I asked them for availability and it was available. No available parts after payment. Lost money after exchange currency.

No exchanges and no returns. This company misrepresented the product and stuck me with it. I really don't know how they stay in business!

The tps sensors I bought didn’t even work at all. I had to have discount tire sell me new ones.

Wrong parts / description was not accurate

Didn't need the part and they don't do refunds or respond to our messages scamming ass company just pay a couple.more dollars and get it at a local shop

I ordered a "new" wheel for my car. The website had the best price that I shopped around for. After receiving the delivery, inside the box was a salvaged wheel with damage and chips all over it. There was writing on it as if it was supposed to be in a repair shop... $700.00 for an unusable part. The box was clearly shipped before and had no packaging inside to even protect the wheel during shipping. Contacted returns and ultimately denied my return due to the part being used... DUH. Horrible customer service, and a scam of a company.
