I ordered a rack and it did not come with the fasteners to attach it to the vehicle. After a month of them saying they were working on it I still have not gotten any resolution. Do not order from this company.

SCUMMY SALES TACTICS I bought and paid for a part and a couple of days later, they tell me I need to pay more since the price went up. I got online with their chat and Enrique says that their site has the wrong price sometimes. Seriously? I am making it a point to get the word out about this kind of junk and gross practice this "company" does.

I ordered from them for about $700 or maybe more, delivery should be 1-3 days, in the end the order took me a month, and that’s not all, one wire did not suit me, the price is $67, I write to them on the 3rd day to return it, in response they write what kind of nonsense you are refused to return, this is stupid, in general, I’m tired of waiting for one letter of 3 words a day, I understand that they have disposable clients! I do not recommend this store!

I ordered a part on May 31st. The part is supposed to arrive on June 5th. June 4th arrives, and they send me an email saying it will now arrive on June 7th. No big deal, delays happen I get it. June 7th (Friday) arrives and I call to see where things are at, they say the part has shipped out from their warehouse to me and I will get tracking info by end of day. Sweet! June 11th (Tuesday) rolls around and still no tracking, no part, no nothing. I call again to see what’s up. They tell me the part has in fact NOT been shipped to me and they will be shipping it to me on Thursday the 13th. At this point I’m a little disappointed but I get it, things happen. However I am confused as to how a part was shipped to me on a Friday and then magically on Tuesday it “was never shipped”. Seems fishy to me… Anyways thursday the 13th, the big day, rolls around. And guess what.. abracadabra! an email saying that my order yet again has not shipped and it will be Monday the 17th before that happens. It’s now June 17th and it still hasn’t shipped - at this point, I figured as much. Been told more than once they will provide tracking but they never have. The gentleman I spoke to on the 17th was particularly unhelpful and unprofessional. Nearly three weeks after ordering a part and it still hasn’t shipped.. that’s kinda nuts. At least I can rest easy because they each time I call they’ve reassured me that basically “it will ship on THIS date, and this time we mean it”. Also via their policy the part is not returnable. Since it’s been nearly 3 weeks and the part hasn’t shipped I’ve found another much better solution. As soon as I receive the part I will be selling it as soon as I get it. They have set back my project several weeks due to not actually following through on their end of the deal. Customer service unhelpful and unprofessional I would NOT recommend using them for any reason. I will not be ordering from them again.

I orderd 2 sunvisors dark grey with light. I received one darkgrey without light and one beige without light. I am located in Euripe so sending back is a bery ezpensive option. I allready once paid $ 75 for shipping. I would have expect an offer to return them for free and het a full refund. Bit unfortunatly nithing like this 😓

Ordered some parts from them, had to return because the year wasn’t correct. Made me jump through hoops and take pics and fill out a form just to tell me no refunds. Horrible business

out of numerous websites this company -MPG- leads one to believe that they actually sell parts directly which means they stock parts themselves. They only act as a middleman. ie "Our Mopar parts and accessories are expedited directly from authorized Mopar dealers strategically located all across the U.S. and are backed by the manufacturer's...". This equals an automatic delay of shipping. If you check to see if your part is in stock a "yes" answer merely means it is available somewhere else and so it will ship to them and then be shipped to you. Another "fine print" caveat is most parts ship in 1-3 days. 3 days to package a part for shipping? No. For them to receive it. I don't know if they are crooked. They promptly refunded my money(within hours)when I asked after receiving an email stating my parts would be a week before being shipped. AFTER I called AND emailed them and was told both times the part was "in stock". It was just available for them to get to sell to me. So my problem is that they make it hard to learn that they don't sell parts; they resell parts! Many times that is OK.People buy online to save $ when they can wait. but when the wait is misrepresented that is shady.

The part sent to me was damaged.
