Shipping shouldn’t be United States Postal service that is the slowest shipping. If I order car parts I need them in a timely manner not 2 weeks after they are ordered

Parts are as described. Fit perfectly. My only complaint is I paid extra to get my parts earlier and they weren't delivered on time. I could have saved money by choosing the slowest service. That's money I'll never see again and didn't get any value for.

It was easy to order. Matching and finding the part was easy. So was checking out. The only part that would need improvement is having a better idea of when the part would get shipped and delivered.

The key that I ordered was for my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. The key I received was for a Jeep. Unfortunately this was my first time ordering from Mopar Giant. I assumed the key would be okay ( both vehicles are Mopar). When I went to have the key programmed, I learned that the chips are different from Dodge and Jeep with Sentry keys. The 5 day return policy had come and gone by this time.

Everything went smooth ,did'n have to follow up.
