Door seal arrived separated. Needed to glue 3 sections back together with 3m weatherstripping adhesive.

1st Let me say they Do Have Quality OEM Remanufactured Parts. I needed a Starter and this car is Such a paint to get to the starter i did not want cheap aftermarket etc. They shipped it fast and packaged well, the starter works great car starts quieter and quicker than ever before. Do NOT count on their Core Return as part of the deal. Had They actually, or if they eventually will accept my old starter and send the core $ back that would be great. This has been the biggest joke and headache trying to core return. Its been almost 1 month i am Certain it will be a complete month or longer before (IF) the $ ever hits my account, but im pretty sure its never gonna happen... You would think they would send the return core exchange slip WITH the rebuilt starter, seeing as THEY want you to put your old one in their box to send it back. NOPE .. You have to go dig through their website FOREVER then submit an RMA request and wait 3-5 biz days for a response then send them all the info from your order requesting a slip to return core part to the ... And wait for the address because i guess are basically drop-shipping parts all over the country from whatever dealership or warehouse has what you need? They send different parts to different places to get febuilt as well i guess... ?? Idk seemed like a big mystery jist to figure out where to send my core return.... Cause after waiting 7-10 days i submitted another 2nd RMA request where they reply that you will hear back in 1-2 days, but you wont. just to wait another week for them to reply and say wait 2-3 days.... Then they get you the form with an address But No pre paid packing slip that will be another week. I said whatever and paid return postage myself to move it along. You see their fine print states you MUST return it within deadline or they wont refund your $. Then you have to pay return shipping, Again if you want core back if they dont accept it. But you wont. Then. They get it for free. Its a waiting game. After core charge my starter would have been a deal. But by the time you DONT get $ back and also pay shipping to send them your old one not auch a good deal. I am STILL waiting. I e mailed them a screenshot of my tracking showing it was delivered to them then they finally said thanks we attached tracking to the order give us 5 days to inspect it, the. 14 biz days for refund. That was 2 weeks ago... Nothing.... Big Joke Man. Good parts, but dont count on a return or core. They have so much fine print and drag this out so long i am 100% certain they will come up with an excuse to deny my core refund. Find a better company or just accept that that will be the price. This is kind of like dealing with the giverment or the DMV. Just set calendar reminders and follow up. But i wouldnt hold my breath. And after seeing what a nightmare this process is... Man. I was thrilled with the quality of the part. Hoped i found somehwere to continually get parts. My whole family has chryslers and dodges. You can't find quality parts anywhere anymore. I am a full-time mechanice its a challenge to even get good parts. But this core deal being such a PITA kills it. And if you are stuck paying their price without the core mights as well go to the dealership....

No problems getting the correct part. Issue incurred in trying to get my core refund. The instructions clearly stated to send the core back in the original box in which the new part came in. What happens when the box is mutilated in transport and shipping a mutilated box back doesn't make sense? I live in Hawaii so receiving damaged boxes can be normal. I sent the core back in a different box but explained my situation to customer service that I still have the original box and could take pictures if necessary. No response after telling me they would explain my situation to management. The end result is they have the core, my $75 deposit and I still have the original box. Rules are rules but there they need to realize boxes can get damaged in transport and should try to accommodate...especially when they recieved the core and we pay the shipping.

I still dont have my parts. I am sure everything will be fine but I was hoping to install them this weekend.

i never received an email receipt, and as a company who has to account for credit card purchases, it made if very difficult to do my job.

The reservoir cap came in and was severely damaged. I was advised a replacement would be sent. One never showed up. I had to follow up to check on the status and I was issued a refund. Never did receive the cap.

Ordered a part using vehicle VIN and part number provided by Jeep Dealer. Mopar Parts Giant substituted a part that was a different color and which was not noticed until installed in the vehicle by the dealer some time later. Called being willing to eat the $80+ cost paid to them but requested assistance in ensuring correct part is shipped with a new purchase. Encountered a rashion of SXXX and no way to talk to a customer service person
