An absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a part, paid for the item, and paid the shipping charge quoted at checkout. After placing the order, I was told that I needed to pay an additional shipping fee because they supposedly could not accurately calculate the package size beforehand. I was then sent an invoice for an additional $210.03, bringing the total shipping cost to an astronomical $233.11 for a 15-pound package. Their inability to calculate the correct shipping cost before accepting payment is not the customer’s fault. A reputable company should provide accurate pricing before completing a sale not surprise customers afterward with an enormous additional charge. This experience felt misleading and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Very poor customer service. Hard to reach a human representative and when do, unwilling to fully communicate or help out. Highly do not recommend to anyone.

This scam place doesn't even rate a single star. I ordered a part from this ripoff company they said fit my car, but it does not. It was not even close to the part I needed. I set up an RMA and and had to returned the part back to them at my own expense. I purchased the part back in May 2026 and it is now September 9 and still no refund for the part. All I have received is a BS response of "we're looking into it." DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks. They classify everything as "no longer needed" instead of the truth of shipped wrong part so they don't cover return costs. I am now in process of filing a BBB complaint against them. I also ordered some brake pads for my car that should have been Mopar pads but they sent me someone else's returned Brembo pads that also did NOT fit my car and were in a destroyed box with multiple shipping labels and missing parts. I had to return them at my own expense and was charged $30 restocking fee for their mistake. This place is a ripoff!!! DO NOT trust them!!! Update 09/10/26: Well, I'm not surprised. This scam place after taking over 3 months to send me a refund naturally charged me a "restocking fee" for sending me a wrong part that I sent back at my expense, still in the sealed plastic it came in. I never opened the part, only the envelope they sent it in. I could tell by looking at it that it was not the hood seal I ordered because it was too short and completely wrong. I think they purposely send wrong parts to charge fees to generate revenue. They promised the RMA process only takes 5 days after the part was returned. But it took over 3 months. The way I see it, they owe me a lot in interest on my money they been holding all this time. I am still going to file the BBB complaint against this sham outfit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!! They will rip you off!! If you want quality Mopar parts for your vehicle, you won't find them here. DO NOT trust these people.

I ordered and paid for a part from MoparPartsGiant and never received it. When I contacted the company about the missing part, they refused to refund my money or send a replacement because I supposedly did not contact them within their policy time frame. That alone is unacceptable, but what made this experience even worse was dealing with the supervisor. The supervisor purposely belittled me during the conversation rather than making any attempt to resolve the problem. I contacted them because I paid for a part I never received, and instead of helping, I was treated disrespectfully and essentially told there was nothing they would do. I understand companies have policies, but hiding behind a policy does not excuse refusing to address a customer who paid for something and never received it. And there is absolutely no excuse for a supervisor to belittle a customer who is simply trying to get their money or merchandise. I will not order from MoparPartsGiant again, and I would strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering from them. Real men find solutions to problems.

I entered information regarding my vehicle and a part was suggested (Ram 1500 shift cable priced at $200) which I ordered. Upon receipt, I found this was not the correct part. When I attempted to return it, this was denied as an “electrical” part, which it is not. After several go arounds with Customer Service it was still denied. It appears that no one in CS bothered to look at this part. I will not do business with this company any mores.

I contacted the company advisors about 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD, a diesel for injector clips. I provided the VIN number and was told what part to order. When it arrived and the envelop with 4 clips individually wrapped in clear sealed plastic, it was obvious that the part were wrong. I started the RMA process and sent photos and full explanations multiple times. Finally they acknowledged the request and then the next notice was no because it is electrical. However, it is only wire, and never exposed even to the air. I said if you don't accept it back, then I want a refund. Again it was denied and stated it was "final".

Canceling a product with these people is basically impossible. They sent me an email stating an item would be delayed a week so I approved the delay. Then a day later I get another email stating it will be a month delay. So I try to email and cancel, I get a kick back email stating I can't email in like I did. So I called, spoke to miserable person #1. She denied my cancellation even though my parts were backordered. Transferred to Manager #1 who denied my return. So if you want to cancel just call CC company and dispute charges. It seems this company only likes to sell parts not manage a business with cancellations and returns do to defective or backorders. Customer Service is non existent here.
