Ordered part as it was cheaper than elsewhere. Was told it was wrong part for my application. I replied that it was correct part and I wanted it. They replied back stating the order is cancelled as part was back ordered or no longer available. But in fact the part is available as I checked with several dealerships. Molar giants won’t honor their sale. Will Never use again

The pricing looks great. My issue was that they couldn't tell me the color of the interior parts. I wanted black, and I may get black or another color—it was more of a lottery. I called, emailed, and used the chat feature. However, what good is the price if you have to go back and forth and hope one day to get the color you want?

I ordered an OEM tow bar for my Durango from this company, part number 52124606AF. What I received was a CURT brand aftermarket tow bar for a Jeep liberty, part number JRE85452 with a piece of painters tape on it saying "52124606AF". The actual part number was embossed on the tow bar itself while the desired part number was nowhere on the part itself. I called the dealership that operates this website to explain my problem. They requested I send them photos to very my issue. They told me it was the correct part because "the number on the tape is the correct part" as if I can't read. I insisted this was mislabeled product and they said they would have a "Parts Specialist" review my case. Over a month later and several more calls, they finally got back to me to inform me the part was correct. They then said that the best they could do is charge me a restocking fee and give me a discounted shipping label that I would still have to pay for. This company is 100% a scam. Do not use them to purchase any parts. They are just going to steal your money and talk down to you like you are stupid.

What a joke about "fast shipping". I ordered a part on Nov.28 and here it is Dec.10 and I am still waiting for it. It is only shipping from WI to NC. They charged me $10 for shipping charge for a vacuum switch that is about the size of a half dollar. Then there was the surprise $9.95 additional charge because the part was considered an "antique" part. That amounted to 33% above full list price for a part they want off their dusty shelf. Plenty of other discount online Mopar parts sellers that I will buy from instead of this place.

Bought Mopar part 2-2024, had it installed 8-2024. Nov Check engine light on again, mechanic says vapor canister installed in 4 months ago not working correctly. MPGiant will replace part only after I return defective part. Truck runs with defective part, can not go 1-2 weeks without vehicle waiting for return , then replace. My mechanic has ordered new part MPGiant will not refund money if I send back defective part. Now I have to pay 2x in 1 year for same part. Never again will I buy from them.

Worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Sent me the wrong mismatched parts for my minivan and then still charged me a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping parts back for the RMA. After an initial google search to find brake parts, I created an account, put it my VIN. Website said the parts fit my car. Ordered the parts and took 2 weeks to get the parts. They did not match the old parts I was taking off of the car. I called customer service, initiated an RMA but they wouldn't take any responsibility for their website. I shared a video screen recording of all the steps I did and the website showing the wrong parts for the car. After 4-5 calls, I finally got to a manager who said, "I used the website incorrectly". WTF??!! They did refund me partially, but ended up costing me $45 out of pocket. Found other reviews that these guys are just a web front end and get parts from other sites. Should have read more reviews, but it sounds like if things go wrong, these guys will leave you hanging.

What they show in the picture is not what you get. They know they sent you the wrong thing on purpose and have already figured out how they can legally justify keeping your money. Jerking you around all over hell is just an added bonus for these swine. Don't be like me.
