If I could give them a zero I would
If I could give them a zero I would. They sent me an incorrect part with the shipping error confirmed by their "product specialist". I had to fight to get them to issue a return only to find out that they were not paying for the shipping and were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I'll never do business with them again. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Since I see no place to reply to the comment by Mopar Parts Giant I will say that an apology is a start but it still doesn't resolve my issue. I still have a key for a Jeep (confirmed to not work on my Ram by your parts specialist, in writing). I called there at least five times including asking to speak to a manger who basically told me to go pound sand at that I'm paying for the return and restocking. The last I heard from your place was that the return stands as is with no paid label and a restocking fee. It's like bait and switch. Show 10 pictures of a key with a Ram logo on your website and send out an incorrect Jeep key. I could have bought this Jeep key or a Chrysler one on ebay for $20. I specifically wanted a Ram key and one that work as this is for SRT10 truck with less than 2K miles, not some 20yr old junker.
