I ordered a rear wiper blade for my van. I used the tool to make sure the part would fit my vehicle. I did not fit the vehicle. I needed a blade with a hook attachment. The blade Mopar said would work did not come with that type of attachment. I ended up tossing it rather than go to the trouble of sending it back for a refund. I bought one that did fit at a local auto parts store.

Worst experience ever, they say "We ship worldwide" doing the order they blocked me inserting the address. Found a solution, shipping to a friend in the US and done the payment by CC they asked to pay by Paypal not by CC. What is the difference?? Easy, a foreign account Paypal doesn't allow you to ask a shipment in the US. Asked to my friend in the US to order and collect the shipment, they asked the VIN number and they cancelled the order. All this mess is just because Stellantis decided to sell 1500€ parts discontinuing 20 and 60€ parts, nice service! My complimets, I wonder why this company is loosing pieces everywhere.

They sent the wrong wiper blade. Then they asked me to complete a procedure of sending photos that had nothing to do with them sending the wrong part. Now they ask me to pay to return the wrong part because the reason for the return is listed as "no longer needs", but I still need the part. They were unhelpful and snide on the phone. Still unresolved. Not possible for them to be a worse service.

This company refused my return/exchange request for one of two trim pieces, citing the reason as being that my plastic trim piece was supposedly an electrical part ! I had ordered two plastic trim pieces for my vehicle (that turned out to be the wrong color, so much for entering my vehicle VIN number to make sure I got the right part, it might fit but I now have black pieces as a mismatch for my grey seat. Nothing in their system caught that). Anyways, I requested an RMA authorization to return the two trim parts to exchange for the right color. I went through the painstaking process of taking all the pictures and entering all the information they requested just to submit for an RMA to return both trim pieces. They instantly approved the $8.12 part return (which will probably cost me more just to ship back), but REFUSED the $113.00 part, saying that long molded single piece of plastic was an electrical part (even though I sent them detailed pictures of both parts). Both trim parts are called the Driver-Shield Outboard, aka one piece fits as a guide for the seatbelt, and it snaps into the other piece that fits on the bottom outer side of the driver's seat. BOTH 100 % plastic trim. I contacted them thinking any reasonable person would see the mistake and allow me to exchange the part, but instead I was told my request would be submitted to see if they could forgo the policy and allow me an exemption. That was on 3-23-25. I am now on 5-3-25 still waiting to hear from them, god forbid this happen to someone who can't get their vehicle back in service as the part they need is critical. What type of honest reasonable customer service is that? I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to exchange for the correct color, within the 30 days allowed as per the website.

I placed an order that I no longer needed after it showed up. I started an RMA, it got approved, and I paid for the label to send it back. I sent them the tracking number like I was supposed to. USPS showed the package arrived to their "return department" in Oklahoma City. 2 weeks go by, no refund. I sent them an email and they say I should hear from them soon. Another 2 weeks go by, I sent another email, same response, and no refund. I finally had enough and disputed with my bank. My bank gave me a full refund initially, and a month later now the bank is taking back almost 30% of the refund because "the transaction was valid" I sent everything I ordered back, so I should have gotten a full refund. I didn't even open the box. Around that same time I placed another order for a timing cover seal, and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Mopar parts giant sucks.

My experience with Mopar Parts Giant has been nothing short of infuriating. If you're considering ordering from them, don't. Their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke, and they seem to have no intention of honoring the return policy they proudly display on their website. After ordering a part based on the information provided on their site (which turned out to be incorrect), I followed their stated return process to the letter. I submitted the return request promptly, sent the item back in perfect condition, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Communication from their end was non-existent unless I reached out—at which point I was met with canned responses, endless deflection, and outright refusal to process the return. It's clear that their customer service is designed to wear people down until they give up. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a deliberate strategy. They treat customers like a nuisance rather than a priority. It's especially frustrating when their mistakes cost you time and money and you're left fighting just to get what you're owed. Bottom line: Mopar Parts Giant is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. Poor communication, terrible support, and a complete disregard for their own policies. Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored, ripped off, and left holding the bag.

Took my order, waited longer than the expected time for me to get the part, then emailed me telling me I owe double for shipping now... I had to call 4 times to get them to take the payment for this extra. Then still no order shows up and I'm having to fight with them for a refund. They are also rude about all of it. If it smells like a poor scammy culture, guess what.

I spent 280 dollars on a front PASSENGER window. I ordered the correct part #, the box had the correct part number #. I call up my window guy when the box gets here. He's there in an hour. Takes the old window off. Opens the new window. It's the drivers side. Y'all messed up. Now I gotta wait to get my refund for the correct window sent out, and I'm out 100 dollars for wasting my window guys time. Spent 100 dollars to get my cracked window taken off, then put back on cuz u guys screwed up. I want my 280 dollars back or a new, CORRECT window, and another 100 dollars for installation. I shouldn't have to open the box to make sure it's the correct window when im ordering a mopar genuine part with a mopar part number, in a mopar box. This isn't eBay. What idiot screws up that bad. How do u put a drivers side window in a box with a passenger side window part number. My time is money and y'all just wasted slot if my time
