Don’t trust estimated delivery or in stock! I ordered with them at a higher cost to me because it would be here by the 23rd and now it’s not even shipping until the 24th even though the website said in stock. Also customer support is a joke, I was hung up on the first time and the second time I was told I could not get express shipping even though part hadn’t shipped yet and that estimated delivery means nothing. Save money and time and buy your parts elsewhere!

Listen carefully, These are scam artists here. They sent the wrong part to me and refused to acknowledge it even though I sent pictures of the right part vs. what they sent me. So now they've got the part back and my money plus shipping and won't respond!

If I could give it a negative 5 I would. Pathetic company, pathetic business practices. Their emails seem to come from a robot. They sent me the wrong crank sensor, wouldn’t know that tho until it’s installed and the flywheel eats it up. Obviously not the correct part. They denied my return claim. Funny thing is I don’t want to return it. It’s useless. I wanted a refund for their pathetic mistake. I shouldn’t have to worry about a factory Chrysler part being incorrect for my vehicle. Stay away from this scum business. Absolute joke.

The actual mirror is like looking at a Funhouse mirror… very distorted! It does not have the tilt up ability like the OEM did. Says original mopar on the box but this sure seems like China aftermarket pos! Very disappointing especially for the same price as the stealership. Very poor quality!

I ordered a dip stick ( Part Number 4792872AC Indicator-Engine Oil Level ) to replace the original in my 2005 Dodge Magnum. My 2005 Dodge Magnum is in mint condition, show room new.. Though I received the replacement part in a timely manner, the replacement looked used. The Yellow Body appears to be grease stained and cannot be cleaned. The original Dip Stick looks like new, being bright yellow in color. I am very disappointed with the condition of the replacement product. I would like to point out that I believe this is a Mopar issue and not the fault of Mopar Parts Giant. Com.
