Horrible experience. I placed an order and everything was in stock. 3 days later, I'm still getting emails, about no stock, backordered no ETA. I go to check and my order has been broken up. I now have 4 separate orders, with all separate order numbers. I get a notification my order has shipped, followed almost immediately by a notification of an issue with the billing address. I called in and only to find out two of the 4 orders they created have parts that are discontinued and they never had. Its now day 5, phone call number 6 and I have no idea what I have been charged for, which parts are actually going to show up and what order number they have created for these parts. This is the most botched up ordering system I have ever seen, Avoid at all costs. This will delay our project a week at least while we sort out what they will actually ship and what we will need to order from other sources. Complete waste of time. Update. You can't make this up. 30 minutes after talking to Maria and cancelling backordered parts with ETA, she checked the rest of the order "everything else is in stock and will ship today" I get an email, the rest of the parts on that order are not in stock, are 4 days out from them even having them so with delay up another week. Complete clown show.

It took a long time to get my parts. Not sure if workers are drinking or doing drugs in the warehouse? Not fair to the customer. Seems to be the American way now.

Well 1st the order was to expensive, next the package was.lost in a shipping office. A month later it showed up at my door and was the wrong type of key (double cut instead of single cut). Sooo not a good example of good service.

Called to make sure part were available,Waited on hold 45 min ,They said they were .@ days later canceled my order .Said they were back ordered .This is why I called to make sure it wasnt ,Waste of time .They are a horrible company to deal with .

Ordered an immobilizer ring for 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. Ad said new, OEM, still in box and never used. Dealership attempted to install but told me it was used and pin locked. I initiated Return process expecting a refund. The return process was expected to take several weeks so I ordered the more expensive part directly from the dealership which arrived two days later and was installed. Over a month later I was informed my return would me an exchange only and no refund would be issued. So…what do I do with the useless part now? Return policy on website does not explain this predatory policy so I’m out $300 for a party they will not accept back for refund.

Took my money & sent me a part that wasn’t usable. Refused to replace or refund my money, told me I had to have a dealership confirm it was broken meaning paying more komey
