Needed a serpentine belt for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ordered through Mopar online parts because I want OEM parts. Found Mopar serpentine belt on the site and ordered. What arrived was a Napa belt. On the cardboard was the Mopar part number written in marker on a piece of tape.
Listen, if I wanted a cheaper Napa belt I would have driven 7 minutes to the local Napa shop. Understand? Instead, I gave you the business and you failed. I paid $55 for a Mopar belt and got a $23 Napa belt.
What is wrong with businesses today? Did IQs just drop or did stuff like this just get easier to get away with?

Part is Missing & other items tampered with..
During my first orders as a first time buyer had no issues. Unfortunately, experienced multiple issues with my second batch of orders. Was informed by the repair shop to where my parts were shipped that the box containing my items was damaged & half taped. Someone tampered with the accessories bag as the bags are ripped in conjunction with one of the actual parts (hose part) its bag also was mishandled. Not to mention, a part is missing that I paid almost $200 for.
Contacting this company is arduous.. as it takes them all day to draft a response to your emails.
Now, I have to wait even longer to have my turbo replaced.
As another person quoted.. we utilize these online merchants as an alternative to the price gouging and/or severely mark ups performed by the dealer..
Mopar negligence as I’m quite sure they do not perform QC checks before shipping out the parts plus an inconvenience to me (part not accounted for plus items tampered) one would think this company would action swiftly.. Nope.. I have to wait years for a response.

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with A Mopar Parts.
The biggest issue has been their customer service. I've been trying to contact them for weeks, sending multiple messages without receiving any response. I have reached out at least three times in the past week regarding a wrong part they sent me, and I've still heard nothing back.
When my order arrived, the packages were damaged and falling apart, and parts were missing. I'm also still waiting on a seal that I was told would take only 3–5 days to arrive at their facility before being shipped to me. It's now been more than 40 days since my last conversation with them, and I've received no updates or communication.
To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong part, but because they won't respond, I can't arrange a replacement or return. Their return policy includes restocking fees and strict conditions, which, in my opinion, leave customers carrying most of the financial risk when the company makes a mistake. Policies should protect both the business and the customer. Based on my experience, this policy feels less like customer protection and more like a way for the company to collect additional fees from people who are simply trying to correct problems with their orders.
What makes this even more frustrating is that my local dealership in Watertown, NY wanted to charge nearly twice the price for the exact same OEM part. That leaves customers with very few reasonable options—we order online to save money, but if something goes wrong, we're met with poor communication, damaged shipments, missing parts, incorrect orders, and a return process that feels stacked against the customer.
Because Mopar OEM parts are essential for many vehicle owners, customers often have limited alternatives. That makes responsive customer service and fair return practices even more important. I hope A Mopar Parts improves its communication and customer support, because no customer should have to wait weeks for a response while dealing with damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at this time.

This place is the worst place to order from it takes them a long time to respond and I ordered a part and I got an empty box in the mail and they will not refund my money and told me I need to contact the post office and see what they can do for me.

Horrible.
Horrible.
Ordered all weather floor mats.
They took my money immediately.
They didn't have the part in stock.
Got little to no communication or information on shipping.
When the mats arrived, the box was crushed, already opened and resealed, and were missing the drain plugs.
Called and left a voicemail, as well as filed a ticket to get replacement plugs. NO RESPONSE.

I ordered a healight assembly for my 2021 Dodge Durango. The price was listed at $793.26. They responded and said I had the wrong part number and the correct part was $1021.52 and to give them the okay to proceed with their updated part number. It turns out that either part number (68433777AE or 68433777AF) will work. I told them to send me the part I ordered for $793.26. They cancelled my order. I noticed other people had similar experiences with this company.
