Needed a serpentine belt for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ordered through Mopar online parts because I want OEM parts. Found Mopar serpentine belt on the site and ordered. What arrived was a Napa belt. On the cardboard was the Mopar part number written in marker on a piece of tape. Listen, if I wanted a cheaper Napa belt I would have driven 7 minutes to the local Napa shop. Understand? Instead, I gave you the business and you failed. I paid $55 for a Mopar belt and got a $23 Napa belt. What is wrong with businesses today? Did IQs just drop or did stuff like this just get easier to get away with?

This place is the worst place to order from it takes them a long time to respond and I ordered a part and I got an empty box in the mail and they will not refund my money and told me I need to contact the post office and see what they can do for me.

Horrible. Ordered all weather floor mats. They took my money immediately. They didn't have the part in stock. Got little to no communication or information on shipping. When the mats arrived, the box was crushed, already opened and resealed, and were missing the drain plugs. Called and left a voicemail, as well as filed a ticket to get replacement plugs. NO RESPONSE.

I ordered a healight assembly for my 2021 Dodge Durango. The price was listed at $793.26. They responded and said I had the wrong part number and the correct part was $1021.52 and to give them the okay to proceed with their updated part number. It turns out that either part number (68433777AE or 68433777AF) will work. I told them to send me the part I ordered for $793.26. They cancelled my order. Mopar online parts customer service is nonexistent. You cannot get a response. I will never buy from these people again and lost 457.00 dollars from this horrible experience.

This company's website is complete trash. I called them at a number they do not list, anywhere. I spoke to a saleperson who according to himself was able to narrow down the over 12,000 results for 2010 grand caravan door handle down to one. He said he found it but when pressed could/would NOT provide a part number so I could order on site though their site had sale prices listed which he did not offer on the phone. I tried to leave a review of this dismal performance but was NOT ALLOWED TO DO SO! They very pointedly separate website reviews from product reviews but as I was unable to make a purchase entirely due to their ignorance I am also not allowed to review the ordeal. THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THEY CHERRY PICK REVIEWS TO KEEP THEIR FRAUDULENT STAR RATING. ALSO, "we can only find parts by VIN number" and slesperson literally could not even tell me the color of the door handle he said was the right one. They very obviously don't know a damn thing about car parts. IMHO Be very wary of this company.

I wish I could leave "0" stars. Stay away from this company. Moparonlineparts.com has not returned my emails or calls. I have been waiting for a part since 12/31/2025. They said that was backordered because of a nation wide shortage. I asked for a refund on May 1 and have not received any response from them I contacted American Express and these are the phone numbers they have for them Parts-516-260-4076 (Transfers you to a full mailbox). Sales 516-240-9892 (transfer you to mailbox (No return call./ 833-978-0188/877-229-0427( Full mail box) No response from any of these numbers. This is looking like a scam.
