Placed an order on 6/14/23 for a ground strap. After two weeks I started checking the status of the order and each time it was pending. Checked again 7/3/23 and got a no record of E-Mail address and order number. Tried to E-Mail them to see what the issue was with no response, multiple phone calls with no response. Seeing as time is money I officially give up. They can keep the $31.50 and I will never use this site again. Wonder if its even a legitimate site. If you're reading this heed my warning. It takes alot to get such a low rating from so many people and they have succeeded in that at least. Wish I would have seen all of the criticle reviews prior to placing my order.

Ordered two item needed as a rush and paid for overnight shipping. After two days and the item had not shipped I used the contact me, which is a text service. I received a response the following day, however it did not answer any of my questions only what was my order number, which you input at the time of the message. After a lack of response once supplying my order number I sent an additional message asking when the item would ship, which no response again. After paying for overnight shipping I received my item 6 days later and inquiring about a shipping refund again absolutely no response.

I ordered a fog light kit only to receive a single light under a different part. I was told it was not a kit even though the description said kit. Asked to return the item only to be ignored.

Yup, avoid at all costs. Forgot to look up reviews before ordering part that was supposed to be in stock. After 2 weeks of waiting and no update or contact after i sent emails i finally found their phone number and canceled the order. No excuses, no second attempt just canceled and will never order from them again.

They screwed me did not ship my part had me pay 60 to over night but been a week no parts

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered car parts on April 1st. Got an email a few days later saying an item was on back order. Told them to proceed with the order just remove the back ordered part. They responded and said ok but then stated my shipping total was wrong and had been adjusted. Two and a half weeks later my parts have still not shipped. Tried to call multiple times with no response. Customer service with this company is nonexistent.

I needed a hard to find gloss black fog lamp bezel for my grand Cherokee altitude. Cyde took my call and personally checked my VIN, pulled the part and I had it in Michigan writhing 2 days. I’ll never order parts for my Jeep anywhere else. Thanks for a great experience!!!

I ordered a small switch that for my Dodge Charge I never received . However ,the USPS post office gave me a statement that the part was delivered on January 6th, 2023 ,in a rain storm . However I checked with my neighbors and none of them have mistakenly received my package .The postoffice agent showed me a printout , saying that the package on January 6th 2023. was delivered on January 6 . After calling Mopar, they tell me that they are not responsible . I was hoping that they would send me another part, without charging me They refused to do that . I asked the Mopar agent , if they could give me a discount ,on ordering the part a second time .Mopar Factory Parts refused to offer me a one dollar discount ,to reorder the part . What is wrong with this company ? I would avoid doing business with this company like they had a bad case of the plague ! Horrible company !
