My horses names have holes punched through them so you can't read them. Also, my clogg has the furry lining but when I remove my foot, the lining comes with it. Would be cute at a half price fee. Also, took a few months to get!

I love the product! It came right in time for the holiday and it looks great. If Moosfy improves their customer service response time they would easily receive 5 stars (it was difficult getting a response from them).

I would give a 0 stars if possible. Total scam and fraudulent company. Been waiting for my package well over a month. Ordered before the deadline and my package has been "en route" in my own state for weeks never moving. Turns out it's a fake shipping number they give you to shut you up. Reported them to several bureaus.

Hello Jodie, We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We had replied to your email and as we said, your order is still in normal as the carrier informed it, and the information will update when the local post office scan it, we also informed the logistics to push up your order so please be patient and wait. Thank you in advance!

I ordered on November 22nd, received a shipping update on December 15th and when I check the tracking, the item doesn't show as scanned. Leaving town for 3 months on Thursday so an item I ordered a month ago will not make it. I feel like I didn't order at the last minute and yet, still will most likely not receive the item.

I was over the moon with the jumper which I had done for my daughter for Christmas present. I would use this company again.
