I originally ordered a tree and a dead tree removal. The following day I cancelled the removal but it took two and a half weeks to get my money back because the salesman never cancelled it. He told me several times it had. Finally had to get to a manager. Now comes planting day, they show up with a tree that I didn't tag (I even wrote on the box). If you expect to get what you picked out guess again. Will never go back again

Bad experience I would not buy from them. Asked for an expert opinion on some landscaping ideas, and the sales rep indicated he would help and had all the time in the world to assist. Then, after I stated I was only looking for 4-5 plants, he indicated he was late for an appointment and bailed on me. I'm taking my business somewhere else. FU Moon Vally P.S. I purchase a Kumquat bush and a Navel Orange plant 2 and 1/2 years ago. I was told about a year ago given the freezes we have gone through it will take some time to produce fruit. I notice that both plants were grafted also. I visited the facility/nursery on Hwy 6 close to Sugar Land and the manager made an appointment to visit to view the problem. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO VIEW THE PLANTS. So much for plant insurance and commitment to satisfy the customer. Use this note to future customers about their word.

Bring a tape recorder to capture all the promises you will receive from the sales staff. You certainly won’t see any of those promises. Lovely plants; terrible service. And lots of lies.
