Hi Bradley, We are sorry to hear that your package has not arrived. After checking the tracking we can see that it is stuck at customs. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and high quality customer service as you can see from the ship date. With customs seizing packages even in legal countries we do our best to help our customers receive their packages but we can’t help if you don’t contact us. Please reach out to our customer service team via the website so that we can help you get the package you ordered.
