So, I can't get the top off the bottle. Hard to rate your product without a specimen.

Husband and I were excited to try the CBD Muscle Balm 500 mg. since the reviews seem to be very positive. The small jar came quickly and we used it consistently for a week. I have lower back pain from gardening and husband has shoulder and hand pain from arthritis. Unfortunately, I found using the balm provided no relief at all and my husband said his experience was similar to using Ben Gay, Aspercreme or Salon Pas - a short, temporary dullness of pain but not long lasting at all. I wasn't expecting a miracle cure but it wasn't worth the expense for us when it seems the drugstore products work the same.

I was told about this company and it’s products by my massage therapist. I had so hoped it would help my pain, but so far I don’t believe it has. In my opinion, it is no better than some OTC menthol products, and the cream stains badly. I had such high hopes for this product.

I still have yet to receive the product . Why the delay?
