Hi Michelle, Thank you for your recent order and for reaching out and letting us know that your product was delayed in transit. As a company who is well known for our excellent customer service and speedy shipping, we are just as disappointed with the current state of the shipping times. I spoke with our customer service team last week who informed me that you did receive the package which we were all happy to hear. Our company has a same or next day shipping policy and it was disappointing to hear that even though we shipped your product the same day that it took so many days to arrive. We have however posted a shipping alert notification on our checkout page to alert our customers of the delayed shipping times which are beyond our control. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team who are all happy to help if you have any further needs, questions or feedback. Thank you again for your order! Warmly, Jessica of the Moon Mother Hemp team
