Although I don't use all of the features available on the Moomoo platform & app, I am mostly happy with the ones I use. However, there is one type of conditional order that I used often on another platform that is not available on Moomoo - "Trailing Sell Order" to take advantage of a rising share price & protecting profit on a pull-back. If these trailing type orders were availabe it would be great. Another drawback is the inability to sort Watchlists alphabetically and the inability to arrange the order of favourites and different Screeners. My rating is 3 1/2 stars because of my previous comment, but I gave a 4 star which better reflects my overall satisfaction rather than a 3 star rating.

Excellent responsive and helpful customer service, far better than Interactive Investor in UK and other platforms. The free dashboard via the app already is eye friendly and feature rich enough for most traders and for a small account deposit you unlock additional features. It would be better if I could transfer OTC stock to my MooMoo account and if the fees for purchasing micro stocks in their thousands as they cost cents was less so you have to be strategic here. Very less outages if none. Since the last update unable to copy and paste into the alert box although on the desktop app although you can on the mobile app. Also when the stock market opens very difficult to make sense of the charts when there is volatility until the price settles. Also the news feeds is there, not very fast and sites like Tip Ranks expect you to pay and subscribe although the Benzinga news is better.

Just like it dont really know why. It makes more than robinhood.

It offers more tools than the competition which is appreciated, still the app is not as friendly as it needs to be, it seems crowded.

No web based platform. Experience from using Moomoo via Tradingview is lacking, because many features of the Moomoo app are not available.

Simple user interface

Ease of logging in, almost all info I need is within the same dashboard screen.
